– For this, you should use paper poha. Take 250 grams of poha and put it in a big vessel and wash it by adding water one to two times.
– Now put it in a sieve and drain out the extra water. Now cover it and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
– Poha will absorb water. Now take out the poha in a plate. Add some salt, some red chilli or chilli flakes, garlic powder and a teaspoon of baking soda in it. Chilli flakes and garlic powder are options in this. If you do not want, you can remove it according to your taste. If you want, you can also add things like chaat masala or Maggi masala according to your taste.
To make Poha papad, paper Poha should be taken.
– Now mix all the ingredients well in the poha and fill it in the chakli making moulds and you can make papad or fryums shape from it. If you want, you can also make round papads by pressing them with your hands.
– The good thing about these papads is that you do not need sunlight to dry them. They also dry in a fan. You can turn them upside down and dry them in a fan in 2 days. If you want to dry them in the sun, then these papads dry up and become ready in just 1 day.
